Ansan and LaneTec have both achieved their COR Certification in 2012, both for Occupational Health and Safety and Early Return to Work. Quoting from the BCCSA Website, “The Certificate of Recognition (COR) program recognizes and rewards employers who take a strategic approach to workplace safety and are committed to reducing the human and financial costs of workplace injuries.”.
This process began in mid 2012 with the auditing of the safety and return to work programs of both Companies. It involved the updating and clarifying of our OH&S Manuals and several written procedures. Numerous employees were interviewed to ascertain the safety awareness and training levels in our workforce and the Company’s record keeping and written programs were reviewed. Finally, by the end of 2012, it was announced that we had been successfull in having both LaneTech and Ansan certified.
This is another sign of the comitment of our companies to the safety and well being of its employees and the workers they protect. When you deal with Ansan or any of its affiliated companies, you can be sure that you are placing safety on the road at the forefront of your traffic planning.
